At Novae, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our product—a hair loss shampoo—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

This policy helps us maintain the safety and hygiene of our products, as we cannot restock or resell personal care items, even if unopened.

That said, we stand by the quality of our shampoo. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at trynovae@gmail.com with the following details:

  • A brief description of the issue

If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
